Invoice AI ("the App") is an invoicing and estimating tool for contractors, freelancers, and small businesses. We built it so that your business data stays on your device. This policy explains exactly what leaves your phone, and what does not.

AI Scan is the only feature that sends an image off your device, and it runs only when you explicitly choose a photo and tap scan. Here is what happens to that image:
If you never use AI Scan, no photo ever leaves your phone.
The App requests access to your camera and photo library so you can take or pick a picture for AI Scan. Access happens only at the moment you choose a photo. We do not browse, index, or upload your photo library.
The App may show ads to users on the free plan, served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect your advertising identifier and related device information to serve and measure ads. You can reset or delete this identifier at any time in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads).
Subscribers do not see ads.
Subscriptions are billed through Google Play and managed with RevenueCat, which verifies your purchase and tells the App which plan you have. We receive your subscription status, not your payment details — your card information is handled entirely by Google Play and is never visible to us.
Firebase Analytics and AppsFlyer collect device identifiers (including the advertising ID) and in-app usage events. They never receive the contents of your documents, clients, or photos. You can reset your advertising ID at any time in Android settings.
Invoice AI stores your invoices, estimates, clients, and business details only on your device. Here is how to delete your data:

To request deletion of any data held by our providers, email dreamyappfree@gmail.com. We respond to every request.
The App is a business tool intended for users aged 18 and over. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Depending on where you live (for example, under GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Since we hold almost nothing about you, most of these rights are satisfied directly on your device — but you are welcome to contact us with any request.
We may update this policy as the App evolves. Material changes will be announced in the App, and the "Last updated" date above will change.

端末外へ画像を送信する機能はAIスキャンのみで、お客様が写真を選んでスキャンを実行した場合にのみ動作します。画像は以下のように扱われます。
AIスキャンをご利用にならない限り、写真が端末外へ出ることは一切ありません。
AIスキャンで撮影・選択を行うため、カメラおよび写真へのアクセス許可を求めます。アクセスはお客様が写真を選択する瞬間のみ発生します。写真ライブラリを閲覧・収集することはありません。
無料プランのお客様には、Google AdMobによる広告を表示する場合があります。AdMobは広告の配信・測定のため、広告IDおよび関連する端末情報を取得することがあります。広告IDは端末の設定（設定 → Google → 広告）からいつでもリセット・削除できます。
ご契約中のお客様に広告は表示されません。
お支払いはGoogle Playを通じて行われ、RevenueCatが購入確認とプラン判定を行います。当社が受け取るのはご契約状況のみで、お支払い情報は受け取りません。カード情報はすべてGoogle Playが管理し、当社が閲覧することはできません。
Firebase AnalyticsとAppsFlyerは、端末識別子（広告IDを含む）とアプリ内の利用イベントを収集します。書類・顧客情報・写真の内容が送信されることはありません。広告IDはAndroidの設定からいつでもリセットできます。
請求書AIは、請求書・見積書・顧客情報・事業者情報をお客様の端末内にのみ保存します。削除方法は以下のとおりです。

本アプリは18歳以上の方を対象とした業務用ツールです。お子様を対象としておらず、13歳未満のお子様から個人情報を意図的に取得することはありません。万一お心当たりのある場合はご連絡ください。削除いたします。
お住まいの地域によっては（GDPR・CCPA等）、個人情報へのアクセス・訂正・削除、処理への異議申立ての権利が認められる場合があります。当社が保有する情報はごくわずかであるため、これらの多くは端末上で直接実現できますが、ご要望があればお気軽にご連絡ください。
アプリの改善に伴い、本ポリシーを改定する場合があります。重要な変更はアプリ内でお知らせし、上部の「最終更新日」を更新します。
